It’s time to start turning your vision into a reality.

The homework we did in assessing the block, the market and your business plans when we asked 'What’s your plan?', start to pay dividends now. We’ll start with the size, specification and price of the dwellings we’ll be building for you, and quickly put together a range of suitable design options.

We’ll work through decisions about the dwellings themselves, from fundamental aspects such as - one storey or two, garage or carport, how many bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as design issues such as the elevation style, key colour selections, and general specification.

This will put you in a position to review the whole vision, and consider whether we should make any compromises between size, specification and price.

Once we get the overall design right, we’ll create a site map that you’ll need during the approval process, and start firming up on issues like site costs/earthworks.

By the time we’re ready to move into the approval process, you’ll be able to see much more clearly what your final development will look like.
